Ingredients:
1 pound Shaved steak
1 cup of Quinoa
Olive oil
2 cups of Water
1 tsp of Salt
Onions (for sumac onions)
Sumac (for sumac onions)
Tomatoes (chopped)
Parsley
Beef tallow (optional, for searing)
Instructions:
Marinate the shaved steak with Beituti Shawarma Marinade
Rinse the quinoa, toast in olive oil, then add 2 cups water + 1 tsp salt. Cover & simmer for 15 mins.
While quinoa cooks, prep toppings: sumac onions, chopped tomatoes, parsley.
