We want you to love your Beituti products!
Due to the nature of our food items, we cannot accept returns once the product has been opened.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@eatbeituti.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.
Unopened, non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
