Topped with crispy pita chips for the ultimate crunch and finished with a rich, velvety drizzle of Beituti Tahini dressing, it’s a satisfying, wholesome meal that takes minimal effort to toss together.

  • With the Shawarma Marinade, marinate the chicken for at least 15 minutes before cooking it with your preferred method.

  • Layer the cooked chicken over lettuce, cabbage, carrots, avocado, onions tossed with sumac, and chickpeas.

  • Finish it off by dressing with the Beituti Lemon Tahini Sauce and layer some crispy pita chips on top.
