Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts
1/3 cup Beituti Shawarma Marinade
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs (or panko)
1/2 tsp salt + 1/4 tsp black pepper
Avocado oil (for pan-frying)
Burger or brioche buns
Wild cucumber pickles
Lettuce
Toum (garlic sauce)
Directions
Cut each chicken breast into 2 pieces and then slice each piece lengthwise into 2 thinner cutlets (you’ll have 4 total).
Marinate in Beituti Garlic Marinade.
Dredge: flour → beaten egg → breadcrumbs.
Heat 1/4” oil in skillet. Fry chicken 3–4 mins/side until crispy & golden. Drain, hit with flaky salt.
Stack in a bun with toum, pickles, and lettuce.
