Falafel party tray with lemon tahini trio

Ingredients:

For the Falafel & Kibbeh

  • 30 small Falafel pieces

For the Veggies & Garnishes

  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 tsp sumac

  • 1 orange bell pepper, sliced

  • 4 radishes, quartered

  • 1 cucumber, sliced

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

  • Warm pita bread, for serving

For the Lemon Tahini Trio

  • 1 cup Lemon Tahini Sauce

  • 2 tbsp hot sauce (for the spicy version)

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley and mint (for the herb version)

Directions:

  • Prepare the Falafel & Kibbeh

    • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

    • Arrange the falafel on a baking sheet.

    • Bake for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

  • Prep the Veggies

    • Toss the sliced red onion with sumac and set aside.

    • Arrange the orange bell pepper, quartered radishes, cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, and lemon wedges on a large serving platter.

  • Make the Lemon Tahini Trio

    • Classic: Pour ⅓ cup of Beituti Lemon Tahini Sauce into a small bowl.

    • Spicy: In another bowl, mix ⅓ cup of tahini sauce with 2 tbsp hot sauce.

    • Herb: In a third bowl, combine ⅓ cup of tahini sauce with chopped parsley and mint.

  • Assemble the Party Tray

    • Add the warm falafel and kibbeh to the platter.

    • Place the tahini dips in small bowls around the tray.

    • Serve with warm pita and enjoy mixing and matching bites!
