Pumpkin Semolina Cake
Ingredients
1 pouch Beituti Turmeric Semolina Cake Mix
1/3 cup neutral oil of choice
2/3 cup milk of choice (whole fat milk works great)
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
3/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice
Toppings: chopped pecans and pumpkin seeds
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Grease an 8x8-inch pan (optional: use tahini paste to grease the pan for a nutty flavor).
In a bowl, whisk together oil, milk, and pumpkin puree.
In a separate bowl, mix cake mix with pumpkin spice.
Fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined.
Pour batter into the pan and top with pecans and pumpkin seeds.
Bake for 25-30 minutes
Let cool slightly before cutting into squares and serving.
