Middle-Eastern Caesar Salad
This Middle Eastern Caesar Salad is a bold, creamy twist on the classic — with lemony tahini dressing, za’atar-spiced pita chips, and all the flavor you love. Romaine lettuce gets a flavorful upgrade with Beituti’s lemon tahini sauce, parmesan, and Worcestershire, for a tangy, umami-packed dressing. Ingredients:
For the Salad:
1 Head of Romaine Lettuce, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup of Pita Chips
For the Dressing:
¼ cup parmesan cheese
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
For the Dressing:
In a small bowl, mix the Tahini Sauce, the worcestershire sauce, and the black pepper until well combined. Add the parmesan and mix until well incorporated.
For the Salad:
Build the salad in layers, starting with a layer of lettuce, followed by a layer of chips, more lettuce, and more chips. Dress well, and serve
