Spicy Tahini Fish with Super Sesame Crunch (Samke Harra)
This Spicy Tahini Fish (Samke Harra) is a bold, vibrant take on a classic Lebanese dish β flaky white fish, warm spices, creamy lemon tahini sauce, and a toasty sesame crunch. Baked to perfection and topped with a drizzle of Beitutiβs signature sauce and Chutni Punch Super Sesame, this easy weeknight recipe brings layers of flavor and texture to your table in under 30 minutes. Ingredients:
4 fillets of white fish (cod, halibut, or snapper)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
Β½ tsp black pepper
Β½ tsp paprika
Β½ tsp ground cumin
Β½ tsp ground coriander
ΒΌ cup finely chopped parsley
Β½ cup Lemon tahini sauce
ΒΌ cup Chutni Punch Super Sesame, for topping
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400Β°F. Pat the fish fillets dry and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Drizzle the fish with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, and coriander. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove the fish from the oven and spoon Beitutiβs Lemon Tahini Sauce over each fillet. Return to the oven and bake for another 3-5 minutes, allowing the sauce to warm and slightly thicken.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and Chutni Punch Super Sesame for a nutty, toasty crunch.
