Quick marinades for healthy and authentic homemade shawarma. The Garlic Shawarma Marinade is traditionally used with chicken but works really well with shrimp, fish or any protein of choice. The Zesty Shawarma Marinade is usually used with beef or lamb, but works great with mushrooms, cauliflower or an protein. These marinades are a quick and healthy way to make protein taste great for pita wraps, salads, rice bowls, hummus topping and more!

The tahini sauce is lemony, earth and garlicky and the perfect condiment for shawarma. It can also be used with falafel, roasted fish or veggies.

Directions:

  1. Pick your protein

  2. Marinade and use directly or refrigerate up to 24 hours

  3. Prepare your way: grill, sear or roast! 

  4. Drizzle tahini sauce on top and enjoy
