Sheet-Pan Beef Shawarma
This Sheet-Pan Beef Shawarma is your weeknight shortcut to bold Middle Eastern flavor — tender marinated steak, roasted tomatoes, and caramelized onions all cooked on one pan. Tossed in Beituti’s Zesty Shawarma Marinade and finished under the broiler for that crave-worthy char, it’s an easy, mess-free meal that’s big on taste. Ingredients
• 2 lbs flank or sirloin steak
• 1/2 cup Beituti Zesty Shawarma Marinade
• 3-4 Roma tomatoes, quartered
• 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
1️⃣ Slice beef thinly against the grain.
2️⃣ Marinate beef with beituti zesty marinade and reserve a spoon for the tomatoes and onions. Set it at room temperature while you prep remaining ingredients and preheat oven (or refrigerate overnight)
3️⃣ Toss tomatoes + onions with a spoon of marinade.
4️⃣ Spread everything on a sheet pan—don’t crowd.
5️⃣ Roast at 450°F for 18–20 mins.
6️⃣ Broil 1–2 mins for char. Toss in pan juices and serve.
