Brunch Across the Mediterranean
Join us for a sun-soaked Mediterranean brunch celebrating two rich culinary traditions. From the mountains of Albania to the spice-laden streets of the Levant, we'll prepare a vibrant, shareable spread perfect for slow Sundays and lively gatherings. In this class, Rawia will be joined by a special guest, Jonida Preka Morelli. Jonida is the founder of "Tricks in the Kitchen" and a television Masterchef alum.

Feed the Resistance
Join us for the final dinner in our Feed the Resistance summer series — a heartfelt evening celebrating community, resilience, and the beauty of gathering at the table. We’ll meet in Cleveland for an intimate, multi-course Lebanese dinner prepared by Rawia of Beituti, whose soulful dishes are inspired by her family’s culinary traditions and deep roots in Lebanese culture. The evening will begin with a brief cooking demonstration by Rawia during cocktail hour, followed by zero-proof beverage pairings and storytelling throughout the meal.
